Meredith L. Jacobs is creator and editor of the popular web site ModernJewishMom.com. She has a B.A. in English from Haverford College and an M.S. in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University, and is a recent graduate of the Jewish Federation of Washington’s Jewish Leadership Institute. She has worked at Greer DuBois Advertising Agency and the International Franchise Association. Jacobs left the professional world when her daughter was born, and has spent the last decade creating programs and events for local charity groups, schools, and synagogues. She is currently Vice President of Education and a member of the education committee of the Jewish Federation of Washington. Most significantly, she is mommy to Sofie and Jules and wife to Jonathan.
